As a coffee producer and advocate for eco-tourism, I am quite particular about accommodations, but this hotel truly impressed me. The personal touch of Carlos, the host, made our stay unforgettable-I felt like a welcomed guest in his home, not just a visitor at a hotel. The terrace, patio, and garden furniture provided the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. It was especially appreciated by my elderly parents, who were treated with kindness and consideration by the staff. The attention to detail, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the availability of free toiletries, showcased the hotel's commitment to providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. The shared kitchen was a fantastic amenity, allowing us to prepare some meals and truly feel at home. The central courtyard with its comfortable wicker chairs and hammocks added a charming touch to the ambiance.
